Kograi designs its apps to work without user accounts, advertising, or cross-app tracking. Apps covered by this policy may process limited crash and performance diagnostics to help us understand technical problems and improve reliability.
Scope
This policy applies only to Kograi apps that link to it. If an app uses different data practices, it must provide updated or additional privacy information before those practices begin.
Diagnostic information
Covered apps may process limited technical information such as:
- Crash reports and error details.
- App version and operating-system version.
- Device type and general performance information.
Covered apps do not use accounts, advertising, cross-app tracking, precise location, contacts, or user-content collection. Kograi does not sell diagnostic information or use it for advertising.
How diagnostic information is used
We use limited diagnostics to:
- Investigate crashes and technical failures.
- Monitor app stability and performance.
- Prioritise reliability and compatibility improvements.
Apple and diagnostic service providers
Apple or a diagnostic service provider may process technical information on our behalf when diagnostics are enabled. Their handling of information is governed by their own terms and privacy practices. We limit service-provider access to what is needed to provide diagnostic services.
Retention and security
Diagnostic information is retained only for as long as reasonably needed to investigate technical issues, improve reliability, or meet applicable obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.
Children’s privacy
Covered apps are not designed to collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to a Kograi app, contact us so we can review the concern.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when app features, diagnostic tools, or legal requirements change. The revised page will show a new “Last updated” date. Materially different data practices must be disclosed before they begin.
