These terms govern your use of Jawan Fitness, a meal and calorie tracking app operated by Kograi. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms and to theJawan Fitness privacy policy.
Acceptance
If you do not agree to these terms, do not use Jawan Fitness. If you use the app on behalf of someone else, you confirm that you have permission to do so.
The service
Jawan Fitness provides:
- Meal estimates from a photo or a short text description.
- Tools to review and correct estimated foods and portions.
- A daily view of calories and macros, plus day-by-day history.
- An optional daily calorie guide for adults.
- Optional private Circle sharing with accepted connections.
Jawan Fitness is not a workout coach, medical device, dietitian service, or guaranteed weight-loss tool. Nutrition values are estimates. The App Store listing may appear as Jawan: AI Calorie Tracker.
Estimates are not professional advice
Meal analysis is generated by automated systems. Those systems can misidentify foods, miss items, or misjudge portions. You should review every estimate before you rely on it.
The optional calorie guide is informational. It is not medical, dietary, or clinical advice, and it is not a diagnosis or treatment plan. Do not use Jawan Fitness in place of a qualified professional, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or are following a prescribed diet.
Accounts and eligibility
You sign in with Apple or Google. You are responsible for the account you use and for activity that happens through it.
Jawan Fitness is for people aged 16 and over. Ages 16–17 can log meals and use history. Adult calorie guides, weight-change targets, and pace settings are not created for that age group.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Upload photos or text you do not have the right to use.
- Submit hate speech, sexually explicit, violent, or illegal content.
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent a connection.
- Harass, spam, or send unwanted Circle requests.
- Submit false reports or try to bypass analysis or Circle limits.
- Scrape, copy, or interfere with the service or other people’s accounts.
Circle
Circle is optional, mutual, and handle-based. Accepted connections can see your current local day’s meal cards, including photos and calorie or macro totals. Sharing expires at your next local midnight.
You can pause sharing, remove a connection, or block someone. Blocking ends the relationship and stops future search and request visibility in that direction. Circle is not a public feed, comment thread, or messaging service.
Your content and our rights
You keep the rights you already have in the photos, text, and other content you upload. You grant Kograi a limited licence to host, analyse, store, and display that content so we can provide the service, including showing it to Circle connections you accept.
The Jawan Fitness interface, code, and product design are owned by Kograi. These terms do not transfer ownership of the app to you.
Usage limits
We may limit meal analysis, searches, Circle requests, reactions, or other actions to protect the service and manage cost. We may suspend or end access if we detect abuse, illegal use, or activity that harms other people or the service.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kograi is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Jawan Fitness, including:
- Reliance on an estimate, calorie guide, or other in-app information.
- Interrupted access, delayed analysis, or other technical failures.
- Loss of account data after you delete the account or after a failure we could not reasonably prevent.
The app is provided as is. We do not promise uninterrupted service, perfect recognition, or any particular health outcome.
Changes
We may change the service or these terms. The revised page will show a new “Last updated” date. If you continue to use Jawan Fitness after a change, the updated terms apply.
Delete your account
You can delete your account in the app: open Profile and choose Delete account. That removes your meals, photos, profile, Circle data, notification records, and sign-in account.
